Frequently Asked Questions

HOW DO I ORDER?

A weekly menu will be posted to our FacebookInstagram, and website each Friday at 5pm for the next Sunday.

Orders may be placed on the website only. Customers will have the option to choose pick-up or delivery. Orders can be placed until noon on Fridays. Website will stop taking orders at 12 pm every Friday.

*Please note that outside of our ordering period, no items will be listed as available for ordering. 

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

All orders can be picked up at 1308 Broadway “Sweet Creations Bakery” from 4-5pm on Sundays.

DO YOU DELIVER?

There is a $10 delivery fee. Address must be in Lubbock or Wolfforth; we do not deliver to surrounding areas unless arrangements are made with Kimberly.

The delivery route usually starts between 3- 4 pm on Sundays. Please make arrangements to receive the delivery or leave a cooler outside if no one will be home to receive meals. Meals will be delivered regardless and should not be left outside for long periods of time. There will be NO refund for meals left outside.  
We do not currently ship meals beyond Lubbock, but this may change in the future and we will always keep you up to date on these changes.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM ORDER?

There is a minimum of 4 meals and no maximum limit, order as many as you’d like.  

HOW LONG WILL MY MEALS LAST?

Most of the food is prepared on Saturdays, therefore, we highly recommend that you freeze some of your meals. Frozen meals may last up to a couple of months in the freezer.

HOW DO I REHEAT MY MEALS? (OUR RECCOMENDATION)

All meals can reheat using the microwave. If reheating from refrigerated state; vent the lid and reheat for 4 minutes, stirring midway through.
If you are reheating from a frozen state, we recommend venting the lid and microwaving on high for 6 minutes, stirring midway.
Containers are dishwasher and microwave safe. They are NOT oven safe.

DO YOU ACCOMMODATE FOOD ALLERGIES & SENSITIVITIES?

Prep it Up! does accommodate food allergies and substitutions. If you are needing accommodations, please leave a note/comment on what changes need to be made to your order. We will do our best to make those changes for you. If we are unable to meet your needs, you will be contacted to discuss a plan.

WHAT IF I NEED A CUSTOM MEAL PLAN?

DO I HAVE TO PRE-ORDER OR IS THERE AN OPTION FOR ME TO CHOOSE MEALS TO PICK UP ASAP AT THE PICK-UP LOCATION?

Currently, we operate on a pre-ordering system only. However, there may be times where we have 'extras' available - and we will promote those via social media pages.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

Customers can cancel an order and receive a full refund as long as the cancellation is submitted before the ordering deadline (Fridays before noon).
